The printer shows an error message saying, "Check Network Connection: a router/access point channel conflict has been detected." In researching this, I believe there may be an issue with the IP address that the printer is using, but I have tried to enter a default IP address and it still won't print. Then I called Epson support, and they had me factory re-set the printer and uninstall and reinstall the printer's drivers several times — still nothing. Then I ran the Windows 10 troubleshooter and it said there were no issues.Installation instructions: - Double-clicking this file creates a disk image on your desktop.If this doesn't work, then the next step would be to make sure the router and modem are both connecting to one another on the same bandwidth.
